  • Officer Bradway was conducting a health and safety check in Arkansas Hall when he heard the North door of the second floor slam shut and then several male and female voices, according to a police report. When he walked around the corner, Officer Bradway saw four male students entering a room along with three females. According to the report, Officer Bradway asked them all to step out into the hallway and identified them. Officer Bradway asked Kevin Fitzpatrick, the resident of the room, if he had checked-in the females at the front desk. Fitzpatrick admitted that he had tried to sneak them in through the side door. The females were underage and Fitzpatrick had to take them back home, according to the report, but only after Officer Bradway advised them that they were not welcomed back on campus unless they are accompanied by their parents.
